Campbell Celebrates Volunteers

On Tuesday 22 May we held a celebratory morning tea event for all our volunteers, both past and present. The event coincided with National Volunteers Week and was supported by both Volunteering WA and Lotteries West and we thank them for their support.

Volunteers play a crucial role in supporting students and creating a warm and supportive culture within the Campbell Primary School Community. Their commitment is evident in the myriad roles that they undertake throughout the school including within classrooms, as Support a Reader coaches, in the library, canteen, within the early years as helpers, supporting specialist programs,  serving on the P and C and School Board and many other roles as well. The school would not be the amazing community that it is today without their input.

It was wonderful to see so many volunteers enjoy sparkling performances by the choir and dancers before coming together to share in a scrumptious morning tea.

We hope to continue this strong network throughout many years to come.

Thank you to all volunteers.
