5 Days Until School Starts

Having sleep and mealtime routines is important for your child’s wellbeing. It helps healthy development of their mind and body .  Reduce your child’s snacking and wean them off junk food.  Children aged 6 to 13 years should be sleeping 9-11 hours a night. Teenagers aged 14 to 17 should get 8-10 hours of sleep a night. Sweet dreams.
