On Thursday 21 November 2019, ELA2 presented an assembly item based on the story How Frogmouth Found her Home. They had a great time researching facts about tawny frogmouths, which some students shared, and were surprised to learn they don’t actually belong to the owl family!
They practised retelling the story to understand how the frogmouth bird became nocturnal, like many other Australian animals. Thank you to everyone who came to watch them perform. We hope you enjoyed it as much as LA2 did.
