As this is the last principal’s address for 2021, I would like to sincerely thank the parents/carers and community members for your support of the school and your children’s education over the school year. This year has ended with many celebratory events including the Year 6 Graduation, Pre-primary to Year 5 Book Awards, Kindergarten and Pre-primary Christmas Concerts. It was a pleasure to be a part of the many end of year celebrations.
Celebrating Success
2021 has been a highly successful year with the students being well-supported to reach their academic and social potential. I am delighted to advise that we received a letter and certificate from the Director General and Minister for Education and Training in recognition of our Academic Excellence for 2021. This recognition is based upon the school’s 2021 NAPLAN results in reading, writing and numeracy. As such, again I thank all staff for their extraordinary commitment to their profession. I also thank and acknowledge the efforts of all parents and community members for your fantastic support of our children.
For the families who are leaving Campbell this week for secondary school or for new schools, thank you for your support over the time you have been at Campbell PS. We wish both you and your child every success for the future.
I wish everyone a very special holiday season spent with family and friends; I hope you all have a very relaxing and rejuvenating break. I look forward to 2022 being another productive and exciting year for staff, students and the school community.
To our Year 6 students, it has been such a delight to watch you grow over the years that you have been at school. You are such a beautiful group of young people and I wish you all the very best for the future.

Advice of Student’s Class and Teacher 2022
On Friday 28 January 2022, after 1.00pm parents will be advised of their child’s 2022 class and teacher via email. Hard copies of class list will only be displayed on the morning of Monday 31 January 2022. Parents are asked to ensure that their email addresses are current in preparation for notification in 2022.
Not Returning to Campbell in 2022
I would ask that parents please advise the school if their child/ren will not be returning to Campbell next year. Please email Sue Forman, Manager Corporate Services – Susan.Forman@education.wa.edu.au if and when you decide your child will not be returning. We appreciate any information that you can provide as soon as convenient.
Education Security
With the school holidays around the corner I would ask parents to report any suspicious behaviour or damage to the school to School Watch on 1800 177 777.
