All Year 3 to 6 students are welcome to join Mr Regan from 8.10 am – 8.30 am on Tuesday mornings for Cross Country training Sessions.
This will begin from Tuesday 4 June 2019 and continue each week in Term 2.
The training sessions will include a variety of workouts aimed to sharpen your racing and pacing skills while allowing time for recovery and feedback. Training sessions will aim to progress students at every ability level.
Students are asked to bring appropriate footwear along with water and sunscreen and meet at the AFL goal posts closest to the basketball courts.
