Today saw the first 75″ Promethean Interactive Panels installed into classrooms. The school with the support of families paying their Voluntary Contributions and P&C fundraising have been able to purchase 8. These have been distributed across all year levels, with the plan over the next 5 years to replace all Smartboards with these new high tech panels.
Both the students and the staff were very excited to try the panels and discover their features – including projecting rulers, graph paper and lines. These panels are going to not only enhance student learning but make it enjoyable and fun.
Ms Bates visited LA8 to speak to the students about their new panel. They were very excited even after only an hour of exploring.
