Parents are asked to remain at the school for the duration of the disco, or nominate another parent/family member below who will be responsible for your child.
Unfortunately we CANNOT accommodate siblings – Parents are asked to make alternative arrangements. Siblings are unable to attend the disco and are not permitted on the school playground equipment.
Complete the Kindy Disco Nov 17 Permission/Payment Slip. Please return the Permission Slip to the School Administration no later than Friday 24 November 2017 with full payment.
