Around the Classrooms 17 November 2020

In Year 3, we have been reading on Read Theory, Scholastic Library and Epic using the iPads. We have also been researching significant indigenous Australians and have begun to plan and write an information report. We have also engaged in a many different activities to commemorate NAIDOC week. In Mathematics, we have been learning about the different features of 3D shapes and have begun our unit on fractions.

In Mathematics, the Year 4 students have been learning about Probability and the vocabulary associated with it. In Literacy, the students have been continuing to write engaging poems, with Haiku’s being one of them. Haiku’s may be tiny poems, but they have a huge impact.
