Around the Classrooms 24 November 2020

Year 5 students have been working hard on their reading skills and they completed their end of the year Literacy Pro test to track their progress. Students have also been busy writing persuasive texts about the environment. They are trying to convince people that they need to look after our planet and the effects of continued apathy. The students published their work and designed a persuasive poster to support their arguments.

While the Year 6s have been very busy with day camp, rehearsals for their graduation song and preparing for the Fun Fair, they have still been hard at work in class! In writing, they are finalising their predator vs prey explanations and in maths they are about to learn about the Cartesian plane.
