This year we will be holding our book week parade in the undercover area on Friday 26 August. Families have been invited to join the book week dress up and parade this year, and will be invited to parade first. We will be awarding the winning family for the most creative costume design.
All students who dress up or bring a prop to the parade will receive a raffle ticket and go in the draw for a book prize.
The parade will be held as follows;
8.40am All students Kindy B- Year 3 will be seated in the undercover area.
8.45am Parade to commences.
8.45am – 9.00am – Family Parade (Siblings – Years 4-6 signed out of class to attend).
9.00am – 9.30am Kindergarten to Year 3 students parade across the stage – in year level order.
9.30am – 10.00am Years 4 – Year 6 students move to the undercover area for their parade.
Please note only students who are dressed up or have a prop form their book will be parading. All other students will remain seated in their rows.
Kindy A students will parade on Monday 22 August and families are also welcome to join in on the day.
