Dear Parents/ Carers,
All students in Year 4 will be taking part in the IMSS Music Aptitude Screening Test on Wednesday 27 October 2021. The screening test covers sound discrimination, rhythm and melodic discrimination. Students who score highly on the test may be offered a place within the Instrumental Music Program run by the Department of Education. The program will commence in early 2022.
If you do NOT wish your child to undertake the screening assessment, please email both your child’s classroom teacher and Mrs Ward.
