Zones of Regulation Session

Sensory processing is the ability to take information from our environment; interpret and organise that information and produce an adaptive response – making it possible to use the body effectively in our environment.

Each person has a unique way of interpreting this information based on their biology, sensory preferences and experiences. The way we interpret this information impacts how we understand and interact with the world around us- our ability to regulate and keep ourselves calm and engaged.

Bletchley Park Primary School are running a Zones of Regulation session this Friday 15 November 2019 and still accepting registrations.  See below for more details.
